Winter Announcement

Dear valued customers of Waiwera Thermal Resort,

The winter weather has begun to make itself known not only by the coldness of the mornings but also with the slump of activity in and around our community.  We have been working towards increasing the popularity of the Resort but to effectively manage the seasonal downturn we are instigating winter trading hours.

Effective Monday 14 May until 31 August 2012, 

Waiwera Thermal Resort opening hours:

10am – 8pm daily.

Waiwera Day Spa:

10am – 8pm daily (please note these opening hours for private thermal spas and gym, treatments are by appointment).

Waiwera Poolside Café:

10am – 7pm daily.

Please be informed that the slides and the Lazy River will operate only on weekends, public and school holidays from 14th May to 31 August 2012.

There will be complete refurbishment of our amenities (toilet, showers and changing rooms) from 14th May to the end of June.  Visitors will have access to the Waiwera Day Spa conveniences as well as additional temporary toilets will be provided.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause as we work further to improve our services to provide a better experience for all our Resort visitors.
