Waiwera Thermal Resort has three types of accommodation available to suit all needs and budgets!

Holiday Homes

Our Holiday Homes are located just around the corner from Waiwera Thermal Resort. Each Holiday Home offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. These houses sleep up to 5 people only. Provided in the houses are a CD and DVD entertainment system complete with Sky digital television, complimentary Waiwera Water, herbal teas, coffee, magazines, a fully equipped kitchen and 100% cotton bathrobes & towels.

Your stay includes the following discount to the Waiwera Thermal Resort outdoor pools and slides - $10 per Adult, $6 per Child or $30 for a Family Pass. You will also receive 10% off Spa Treatments per night that you stay.

We do require a 50% booking deposit to secure your booking.

Extra Adults: $25 each per night and Extra Children: $10 each per night

Beach Studio Units

These studio units are located just back from the beachfront. They have their own bathroom, kitchenette, TV, fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, crockery and cutlery. These units do not include a full kitchen, we advise guests to bring electric frypans to cook with.

The rooms have one double bed and two single beds - with a maximum of 4 people or one double bed, a single bed and bunk beds - with a maximum of 5 people. All linen including blankets and towels are supplied. They are budget, older style units but very clean and tidy.

We do require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Waiwera Holiday Park

Located right on the beachfront at Waiwera, our accommodation is nestled between native bush, covered cliffs and Waiwera Beach. Waiwera Holiday Park offers beachfront camping with spectacular views of the Hauraki Gulf!

Campsites

We have 80 spacious, grassed powered sites to cater for caravans, motor homes and tents. All sites have a view of the sea.

Chalets

Individual one room units sleep up to 5 people, 1 double bed and 3 single bunks. Warm and insulated with power and power points. There are no facilities in the chalets – the kitchen, laundry, toilets and showers are within walking distance (1 minute) from all chalets.
